LAHAV Aero-Structures is an aerostructures excellence center with a background in producing Conformal Fuel Tanks (CFTs) as part of Build to Spec (BTS) and Build to Print (BTP) programs. Our center has a legacy of demonstrating innovative solutions and quality in aerospace technology, with a history of delivering hundreds of CFTs. LAHAV is a crucial supplier for the F-15 and F-16 fighter aircraft, providing hardware that enhances these platforms’ operational range and efficiency. 

The F-16 CFT program further exemplifies LAHAV’s expertise. Awarded the Build to Spec program by Lockheed Martin, LAHAV undertook the detailed design, tooling, and qualification of the F-16 CFT, based on Lockheed Martin’s specifications. This collaboration has resulted in delivering hundreds of sets of CFTs for the F-16, marking another milestone in LAHAV’s distinguished record and CFT expertise. 

LAHAV’s proven performance in designing, developing, manufacturing, testing, and assembling both metal and composite aerostructures is supported by comprehensive in-house capabilities for tool design and production. The company excels in supplying fully stuffed aerostructures and is backed by in-house production of tubes, ducts and electrical harnesses. The successful production and testing of sealed fuel tanks highlights our expertise in delivering aerostructures ready to be installed on aircraft.
