AIRCRAFT
At its aircraft manufacturing center IAI designs, manufactures and integrates midsize business jets, such as the Gulfstream G280, G200 and G150. IAI produces these aircraft from scratch, beginning with the processing of raw materials into aerostructures and parts. IAI’s assembly lines utilize the latest manufacturing technologies to meet the highest production standards for on-time deliveries.

With a staff of highly experienced employees, IAI offers a wide portfolio of advanced composite, metallic and combined aerostructures for commercial aircraft, military aircraft, helicopters and unmanned aerial systems. We are proud to supply aerostructures to the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Lockheed and others.
COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT CONVERSIONS
IAI’s Aviation Group has accumulated vast experience performing commercial aircraft conversion programs. These successful programs include passenger-to-cargo aircraft conversions for users from around the world:
Aircraft converted include Boeing 737 Classic, NG, B 767-200/-300, B 747-200/-400 and the B 777 conversion is currently under development.
IAI’s converted cargo aircraft have accumulated more than two million flying hours after their conversion.

BEDEK MRO SERVICES
Airlines and commercial operators around the world trust IAI’s experience and know-how to maintain and support their operational fleets. We provide a one-stop shop for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of Aircraft, Engines, and Components. IAI supports both wide- and narrow-body aircraft manufactured by Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin and others. All maintenance levels services are provided, including the most extensive heavy maintenance (D-check).
IAI operates a global MRO Services network located at key market locations, providing the capacity to maintain hundreds of aircraft per year. The Engines MRO provides repair, maintenance and overhaul services for a wide range of civilian and military aircraft engines, including Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, CFM International, IAE-V2500, Lycoming, including APUs. In-house major parts repair and rapid turnaround times are accomplished with the support of an advanced planning, production and inventory control system that provides up-to-date information. The Components MRO is a recognized world-leader in the field of maintenance, overhaul and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic and avionics equipment and over 10,000 individual aircraft component types, including landing gears, transmission and gearboxes, constant speed drive units and integrated drive generators. The Components MRO also offers its customers flexible hourly-rate programs for a wide range of components.
ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT
IAI’s center of excellence for aerospace engineering and development, with full capabilities to design and develop any new air-vehicle: from initial concept definition to prototype testing and certification; from fast prototype to full scale development.
FLIGHT TEST CENTER
The IAI Flight Test Center provides all the required capabilities and infrastructure for planning and performing flight tests for military and civil aircraft ranging from small modifications to full scale development projects and complete civilian certification for newly designed aircraft. With total commitment to quality and an extensive portfolio, IAI maintains the highest expertise in a broad range of capabilities, from aeronautic design and engineering, through flight testing, modification and certification. IAI is one of the few companies with proven in-house FAR 25 certification capabilities.
From the initial design through manufacturing, testing and certification, IAI has all the capabilities, know-how and expertise to consistently meet and exceed the highest quality standards cost effectively.
